What does Vantage actually do?
Vantage is an AI-powered anomaly detection platform. You send us your billing records, claims data, CDRs, or disbursement files; our engine scores every transaction and surfaces the ones most likely to represent fraud, billing error, or leakage. Investigators work from a prioritised case queue, not a spreadsheet.
What data do you need?
It depends on the sector. Typically: structured transaction records (CSV, Excel, or via API), a defined time window, and enough historical volume for the model to establish a baseline. We scope the exact format requirements during onboarding. We never need direct access to your production systems.
How long before I see results?
First cases typically appear in your queue within five working days of your first data submission. Turnaround depends on data volume and format. We confirm the timeline when we scope your onboarding.
What sectors do you work with?
Utilities (electricity and water distribution), telecommunications, insurance, financial services, and public sector programmes. If you're unsure whether your data type fits, run a Flash trial: we'll tell you what the engine finds before you commit to a plan.
How does Core Value billing work?
On Core Value, you tell us what you actually recovered on each case, including if the answer is nothing. If a case sits unreviewed for 90 days, it's billed at our own estimate for that case, so there's a real incentive to keep on top of your queue. If your recorded recoveries persistently fall well short of our estimates and you can't show why, we can move you to the Core Volume price. You never pay more than Core Volume would have cost for the same volume. Core Value is billed at 10% of what you recover. 10% is our standard rate, fixed for your initial term.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: Flash. Send us a dataset and we'll run it through Vantage and show you what it finds. No commitment required. You only move to a plan if you decide the results are worth pursuing.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Flash is free with no minimum. Sprint sets a defined scope and budget. Core Volume and Core Value are monthly plans. Core Value additionally requires a signed Value Agreement for its initial term.
How do you handle our data?
All data is processed under a signed Data Processing Agreement. We support on-premise, private cloud, and managed SaaS deployment depending on your data governance requirements. Full details in our privacy policy.
