Website Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of Priimal's public-facing websites, including priimal.com and the marketing, documentation, and trial signup areas of vantage.priimal.com (collectively, the "Website"). They're distinct from the End User License Agreement, which governs use of the Vantage platform once you've logged in as an Authorised User, and from the API Terms of Use, which govern API access. If you're an existing Vantage user or API integrator, those documents apply to your use of the Platform itself; these Terms apply only to your general browsing of the Website.

2. Using the Website

You may browse the Website, read published content, and submit a trial signup or enquiry form, for lawful purposes connected to evaluating Priimal's products. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or underlying systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the Website other than through normal browsing or the documented API.
• Use the Website to transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Submit false information through the trial signup form.

3. Trial signups

Submitting a trial signup request doesn't guarantee approval. Priimal reviews trial applications at its discretion and will notify you of the outcome. A trial account, once approved, is governed by the End User License Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and a trial-specific Order Form or equivalent confirmation, not by these Website Terms alone.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, the Priimal and Vantage names and logos, and the "Data in Motion" branding, is owned by Priimal or its licensors. You may view and print Website content for your own personal or internal business evaluation purposes, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without Priimal's written permission.

5. No warranty on Website content

Website content, including product descriptions, case studies, and published figures, is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change. It doesn't constitute a binding commitment regarding Vantage's features, pricing, or performance, which are governed by the Master Subscription Agreement and applicable Order Form once you become a Customer. Priimal doesn't warrant that Website content is complete, accurate, or up to date at all times.

6. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites, including partner or integration documentation. Priimal isn't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites and linking to them doesn't imply endorsement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priimal isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, except where caused by Priimal's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. Privacy and cookies

Your use of the Website is also governed by Priimal's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain what data is collected when you browse the Website or submit a form.

9. Changes to these Terms

Priimal may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Norway.
