How does Core Value billing work?
On Core Value, you tell us what you actually recovered on each case, including if the answer is nothing. If a case sits unreviewed for 90 days, it's billed at our own estimate for that case — so there's a real incentive to keep on top of your case queue. You'll get a reminder with 30 days still to go.
How long before we see results?
First cases typically appear in your queue within five working days of your first data submission. Turnaround depends on data volume and format — we'll confirm the timeline when we scope your onboarding.
Do you need ongoing access to our systems?
Core Volume and Core Value are ongoing subscriptions — data comes to Vantage on a continuous basis, typically via the API or a scheduled connector. We never need direct access to your production systems. Score is API-driven throughout.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Flash is genuinely free to start with no minimum. Sprint sets a defined scope and budget. Core Volume and Core Value are monthly rolling plans — no long-term lock-in beyond the signed agreement for Core Value.
