Priimal is a revenue assurance and fraud analytics company. We built Vantage for the sectors where the gap between what should be earned and what is actually collected is large, persistent, and invisible.
Where we started
Ireland and Norway. Two markets. One problem.
Priimal was founded by practitioners who had spent years on the inside of the revenue assurance problem — inside utilities, inside telecoms, and inside the agencies that try to recover what was lost.
We kept seeing the same pattern: organisations with significant revenue leakage, good teams trying to find it, and tools that were either too expensive to justify, too generic to be useful, or too slow to matter.
The performance-based model was not a marketing decision. It was the only model that made sense given what we were asking clients to believe — that the revenue was there, and that we could find it. If we couldn't prove it on their data, we shouldn't charge.
